Client Charter
Our Client Charter

We recognise the importance of communication and continuity of your case. The person you are dealing with will not change unless input is required from other specialised staff. You will be provided at the outset with an estimate of our fees together with any expenses in connection with the transaction.

You will be informed on a regular basis of the up to date position in respect of your case. There will be no long silences. All telephone calls or letters received from our clients are promptly responded to.

Above all, we have your interests at heart. We will listen, advise and act quickly to ensure that your goals are achieved. After all, if you are not pleased with the service you receive, you will not instruct us again nor recommend us to others.

Our aim is to provide a good and efficient service at all times; however, if you have any queries or complaints these can be raised with the person having the conduct of your case or any partner in the firm. A complaint will be investigated under the firm's standard procedures and you will be promptly notified of the outcome.

We are very proud of the fact that the vast majority of our business comes from existing clients who have returned to us  or from recommendation from old clients.
