 It has been compulsory since December 2007 for any property that is being marketed to have a Home Information Pack..  An Estate
Agent is not allowed to  market a property  unless the Home Information pack has at least been ordered.  The cost of the pack will vary.
 We are very  aware of the expenses incurred when selling a property and have therefore taken steps to make the cost of our pack as
 reasonable as possible.
